2nd Annual Earth Day Celebration on Sunday, April 21, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Shelter Cove Community Park. Get in the Loop for Healthy Planet – People Connections is our Earth Celebration 2012 – the first ZERO waste event on the island! Green Resource Expo for all ages, with Bike Valet, Green Transportation Station, Green Art Exhibit, Celebration Stage Performances, “Slow Food” District. Admission Fee: $5/adult, free for kids 12 & under.
The Art Market Juried Fine Art & Craft Festival begins on Saturday, April 28, 2012 through Monday, April 30, 2012. The 12th Annual Art Market at Honey Horn will bring over 85 artists from around the US to compete for prize money. The juried show is presented on the 68-acre historic property in the center of Hilton Head Island. Saturday hours are 10-5 and Sunday 11-4. Admission $6.00/day parking fee only.
The Seafood Festival takes place Saturday, Apr 28, 2012 – Apr 29, 2012. The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation announced that they will sponsor the annual Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival, April 28th that will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Shelter Cover Community Park. Admission is $5 for adults. Kids under 12 are free.
